Location: Flowerbed outside Police Station, Wilberforce Drive, Hull


For Latitude The Unasked-for Public Art Agency are re-working a public flowerbed using winter growing weeds sourced from a number of disused and derelict sites on the outskirts of Hull City Centre.


The Unasked-for Public Art Agency is a consultancy firm as artwork that explores notions of contradiction, compromise and artistic radicality using techniques borrowed from other professions.
