i am fascinated by damage, distortion, noise, colours, erosion, feedback, rust, flaking paint, derelict buildings, and those tiny moments when smashed glass is beautiful or static noise makes sense.

the work i am producing for this event is a series of site specific installations using textures and patterns photographed from the ground, walls - small things that you would pass by every day and maybe never actually look at. the photographs are then cut into crude shapes and put back into the environment they came from in an attempt to create some sort of dialogue between myself, the textures, and the locations they are in. and maybe with anyone who notices them.

i am an artist currently based in hull working in both visual and performance fields. i have had several exhibitions and produced two fold and staple booklets of words and images along with recordings with various bands.
